Zeston is under construction, off-plan in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubailand, Dubai. Purchaser payments for off-plan homes are routed through an escrow arrangement. The DLD transfer fee is 4%. That fee is the Dubai regulatory charge. It is not a Zeston instalment.
