How many bedrooms are offered?

Townhouses are 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Standard villas are 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, in Type 1 and Type 2. Premium villas are 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes, in Horizon and Pillar.

When do these homes hand over?

Handover years in this collection are 2028 and 2030, depending on the sub-project. The homes are under construction and off-plan.
